Seafood dish bursting with flavour. Mixed fish (cod and red mullet) prawns, calamaris, butter, garlic, petit pois, capers, flour, milk and seasoning. Topped with a creamy mash.
Allergens: Fish, milk, molluscs, crustaceans, sulphates and sulphur dioxide from preservative.
Defrost in fridge if frozen. Cook with lid on in hot oven (190) for approx 30 mins remove lid for another 10mins. Cook till piping hot.
Delicious served with mixed Vegetables or Salad

We pack the ready meals when frozen and they will gradually defrost in our chiller vans as we deliver.
The meals should be kept in the fridge, and cooked within 5 days of being delivered.
