Cornish Free Range White Turkey - Extra Large (8 to 9kg)

Free-range Cornish White Whole Turkey 8-9kg (17.6-19.8lbs)

Will feed approx 16-18 people. 

Our free-range white turkeys are bred to have more breast meat and a less gamey taste than the bronze birds. 

Contains the giblets to make the perfect gravy.

All our free range white turkeys come from Keith Wickett's farm on the outskirts of Bude. 

Once the turkeys are large enough they go out and wander around in their designated field during the day and then back to their barn at night. All our turkeys are fed on GM free, additive free and antibiotic free food to allow them to grow healthy and at their own pace.

Once they are ready for Christmas they are prepared the traditional way. Dry plucked, hand finished and hung for a minimum of seven days to ensure that the turkey reaches the customer in its most delicious form. Once this process is complete the turkey is put in a greaseproof paper lined box along with a vacuum packed bag of giblets, a turkey timer and a sprig of herbs for good measure.

Last orders being taken up until midnight on Friday 15th December 2023 on our website, or 5pm on the phone.

DELIVERIES

Our last day for deliveries is Saturday 23rd December.

If you are having a delivery outside of Cornwall we would recommend ordering a delivery slightly earlier in the week. Everything will be perfect and fresh for Christmas Day.

There are no substitutions made to the Vegetable Boxes at Christmas. The boxes come with the contents advertised.

We cannot guarantee delivery times over the busy Christmas period but we will be able to give a better idea nearer the time. Please contact us for more information.

COLLECTION

Our Christmas boxes are available for collection from our Redruth store.
