Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Organic Malted Wheat Flakes, Organic Malted Barley Flour, Water*, Sea
Salt*, Yeast*

Every Baker Tom product you purchase from us is completely fresh, and if stored appropriately will last at least 3-4 days.
