Free Range White Cornish Turkey Breast Joint Mini 1-1.5kg

Will feed up to 3-5 people. 

Turkey breast joints are easy to cook, and easy to carve, but the important thing to remember is that these are much smaller than a whole turkey, and will cook in no time, so don’t make the mistake of overcooking.

Our free-range white turkeys are bred to have more breast meat and a less gamey taste than the bronze birds. 

All our turkeys come from Cornish farms.  Once the turkeys are large enough they go out and wander around in their designated field during the day and then back to their barn at night. All our turkeys are fed on GM free, additive free and antibiotic free food to allow them to grow healthy and at their own pace.

Once they are ready for Christmas they are prepared the traditional way. Dry plucked, hand finished and hung for a minimum of seven days to ensure that the turkey reaches the customer in its most delicious form. Once this process is complete the turkey breast is cut away from the bird, tied ready for roasting, and is vacuum packed.

DELIVERIES

Our last day for deliveries is Saturday 23rd December.

If you are having a delivery outside of Cornwall we would recommend ordering a delivery slightly earlier in the week. Everything will be perfect and fresh for Christmas Day.

There are no substitutions made to the Vegetable Boxes at Christmas. The boxes come with the contents advertised.

We cannot guarantee delivery times over the busy Christmas period but we will be able to give a better idea nearer the time. Please contact us for more information.

COLLECTION

Our Christmas boxes are available for collection from our Redruth store.
