Brill is a firm-textured, sweet-tasting flatfish closely associated with turbot.

The flatfish has a medium flavour which is slightly sweeter than that of turbot.

Brill is particularly tasty pan-fried or baked. 

Landed and prepared in Newlyn.

Keep chilled below 5°C.

Once opened eat immediately.

Fish can be frozen upon delivery and should be used within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge thoroughly before cooking.
