Poultry Cuts
Our poultry comes from Marsh Farm in North Cornwall. The free-range chickens, ducks, and turkeys are raised with access to grassy pastures during the days and comfortable small houses at night. They are grown slowly on a natural diet in a stress-free environment. We get consistently rave reviews for its flavour and succulence.
