You can have your order weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
By subscribing you save 5% on each order.
Your order is automatically billed and delivered on the day you have selected.
How does a Cornish Food Box Subscription work?
You can choose to set up a regular delivery when you place each item in your shopping basket.
Simply click Subscribe & Save 5% and select weekly, fortnightly, or 4 weekly for each item you'd like delivered regularly.
You pay for your first subscription order by card when you place your order on our website.
After this your subscription order is automatically paid for on your nominated card.
All your regular orders will automatically get a 5% discount applied.
Your orders will be delivered on the day of the week you selected for your first order.
You can change, pause or cancel your order up to 3 days before your delivery day.

We work with over 250 food producers from across Cornwall from well known large businesses such as Roddas Creamery to tiny seasonal one person operations like Tamsin who supplies our wild garlic pesto and eveery size of business in between. Many of our producers are family run businesses that we have worked closely with since we started in 2010. What all these businesses have in common is that they are part of the incredible foodie scene that Cornwall is so well known for.

Delivery Days & Dates
- We deliver Wednesday - Sunday across the UK.
- For Highlands & Islands please contact us first before placing your order. You can see the relevant postcodes shown below.
- For delivery on a Monday or Tuesday please ask and we will happily arrange that if we can.
- All Sunday deliveries (Local & National) are made by DPD.
- You can order up to 30 days in advance of your delivery day.
- When placing your order first select the delivery day you would like on the Shipping Method, then the delivery date on the calendar.
Delivery Costs
- Delivery charges start from just £4.99 for all of Cornwall and £5.99 for mainland UK.
- We have a minimum order of £39.99. If your order is below this you can still place an order but a £3 surcharge will be added to your delivery costs.
- Saturday & Sunday deliveries start from £5.99 for local deliveries up to £9.99 for national deliveries.
Cornwall Deliveries
- All our deliveries are made using a local delivery company, who also operate the DHL franchise in Cornwall.
- You will receive an hour delivery slot by email/text.
- If you're not going to be at home please update your safe leaving spot via the email or text with your delivery time.
- All parcels will be left safe.
National Deliveries
- We send everything on a next day delivery service. 99.9% of all our parcels are delivered within 24 hours of leaving our fridges in Cornwall.
- On the rare occasions when your parcel is delayed, your box will be delivered the following day.
- The maximum time a parcel is delayed would be 24 hours.
- All our boxes are carefully packed to stay chilled for up to 48-52 hours with specialist thermal packaging.
- We cannot provide refunds for delayed parcels unless the quality of the product has been compromised and cannot be used.
- If you are not happy to accept a delayed delivery please cancel your order three days prior to it being delivered by calling 01872 211533.
- If your food box is damaged in anyway please email us a photo of the damage and a separate photo of the box with the delivery lable clearly shown.
We are coming down on holiday - how does the delivery work?
- We work closely with the holiday booking agencies, holiday parks, campsites and their housekeepers.
- We will arrange for your delivery to be waiting at the self catering property for you when you arrive.
- If you are staying at a holiday park - we will take your food box to reception or directly to your property.
- We will get the key code information and leave the box with the housekeepers or inside the property.
- Our boxes are packed to be internally chilled so they can be left safe ready for you when you arrive.
- It is preferable to have your delivery arranged for the day you arrive - this saves you having to wait in on the first day of your holiday for your delivery.

Can we collect from you?
- Yes. It's really easy and collection is free.
- We are based just minutes off the A30 at Scorrier in Redruth.
- Our address is: UNIT 33, CARDREW TRADE PARK, CARDREW WAY, REDRUTH, TR15 1SS
- Just follow your sat nav and it'll bring you to our door where one of the team will load your boxes into your car.
- Collect Wednesday - Friday (10am - 4pm) - if you need a collection outside of these times please let us know.
- If you are visiting on holiday and require a later collection, or a Saturday collection please just let us know.
Deliveries to the Isles of Scilly
- We deliver to the quayside in Penzance on Wednesday mornings only for the sailing to the Isles of Scilly.
- We will need a IOSSC Account Number to be able to put your parcel on the ferry.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of the UK.
- We ship using a perishable account on DPD and DHL with 99.9% of all parcels delivered within 24 hours.
- Delivery is £25.
- Delivery to harder to reach areas can take 48 hours to be delivered and therefore we do not offer this service on our website.
- You can place orders for delivery to the postcodes shown below over the phone by calling 01872 211533.
- Unfortunately we are unable to refund any parcels sent to these postcodes on a two day service if they are delayed.
