WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver across Cornwall and the UK every week.
We have our own fleet of refrigerated vans for local deliveries, and use internally chilled boxes for deliveries by DPD.
We deliver using our own vans to certain areas on certain days. Outside of this time we work with DPD to deliver our boxes.

Highlands & Islands - please contact us to place your order and for delivery rates.
For Cornwall and Plymouth our minimum order is £25.
If your order is below the minimum of £25 then a £3 surcharge is added to your delivery fee. Please ensure your subscription is above £25.
Depending on your delivery postcode and delivery day charges vary between £3.96 and £7.50.
For the Far West, further East, Plymouth and the Devon borders delivery starts from £6.50.
Outside of Cornwall, Plymouth and the Devon borders - we charge £7.50 for delivery.
We do not normally deliver on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays as some fresh items are unavailable these days, but if you want a delivery on one of these days please call or email us and we will be very help to arrange if we can!
ARRANGING A COLLECTION
Collection is from our Redruth warehouse.
General collection is available Wednesday - Saturday 10am - 4pm.
If you are visiting on holiday and require a later collection please call us on 01872 211533 (ext 1) and we will organise this with you.

WHEN WE DELIVER
As a rule our standard delivery days are Wednesday - Saturday.
If you need a delivery on another day of the week please call us and we will organise your delivery for you if it is possible.
We are working on a 7 day a week delivery service to come later in 2021.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY?
We have a standard lead time of 3 days between placing your order and having a delivery.
If you have missed the deadline please contact us and we will do our very best to help.
During busy times like the summer and Christmas it may not be possible to get you a delivery slot.
We have lead times because we work with lots of small suppliers and everything is freshly prepared so they do need time to prepare your food.
BOOKING A TIME SLOT
We DO NOT operate a timed delivery service.
If you do not think you will be in when we deliver just let us know where to safely leave your food box - you can tell us this information in YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION at the bottom of the page.
We work on a system of rounds and you will be slotted into that round depending on the number of orders and where you live.
If you are coming down on holiday please make sure you leave information about your accommodation provider so we can arrange your delivery.
Our wonderful delivery drivers will pop your box inside the door for you if we have been given permission to do so and have the key code.
We do not unpack the boxes for you although your housekeepers may be happy to do this. We do offer an ICE PACKING SERVICE - please ask us for more information when placing your order. This would mean your box can be left safely waiting for your arrival on holiday.
HOW WE DELIVER
We deliver ourselves using refrigerated vans, and your order will come packed in one our returnable boxes (*During Covid we are not able to take back our boxes and are now delivering in single use cardboard boxes which we ask you to recycle in your domestic recycling).
We ask you to let us know where to leave your box if you aren't going to be at home. A shed or open garage are ideal. Your box will be left safe if you are not at home to accept delivery on your chosen delivery day. Fresh food boxes cannot be taken back to the depot for collection at a later date.
Boxes delivered by our own vehicles are not chilled once they have been left with you, so if you are concerned about fresh produce being left please leave us a cool box or a suitable place to leave the delivery. We do offer an ICE PACKING SERVICE - please ask us for more information.
If your order is being delivered out of Cornwall it will be delivered by a courier and chilled items will be packed to stay cool for up to 48hrs.
HOLIDAY COTTAGE DELIVERY
We generally deliver to your cottage when the housekeepers are at the property during the changeover before your arrival if you book a delivery slot for the day you arrive.
Many housekeepers are happy to put your shopping away for you but they cannot be expected to do this.
If we are able to have the key code to the property we will leave your box safely inside the front door, or another suitable cool place.
We do offer an ICE PACKING SERVICE - please ask us for more information, and we can pack your box with ice so everything is kept extra chilled once it leaves our fridge vans.
We do not offer a timed delivery service - we work on a delivery round system and delivery times will vary depending on the number of drops we have that day.
We believe this is best for the environment of our beautiful county, and helps ease congestion on our roads, especially at peak times.
