Artisan Damson & Sloe Vinegar 250ml
Made using a range of small plums – from orchard damsons, through slightly smaller bullaces, to the tiny, sharp wild sloes. Most come from the orchards and hedgerows on the farm where the Artisan Vinegar Company is based tucked away on the Lizard Penninsula in West Cornwall.
The pure juice is fermented into a rich wine, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming the wine into Artisan Damson & Sloe Vinegar. It is then barrel-matured until smooth and full-bodied.
Made from our own whole-fruit damson & sloe wine – and nothing else except lots and lots of time.
Completely free from any concentrates, or extracts, or flavourings, or colourings, or preservatives.
Every drop is barrel-matured. Then it is drawn straight from the barrel – live, unfiltered, unpasteurised, unadulterated
