Our haddock is caught and landed in Cornwall.

Haddock stocks are above sustainable levels in Cornwall and it is at its best from May to February.

A member of the cod family, Haddock is a popular fish cooked fresh or traditionally smoked. 

The meat is firm and white, high in protein, and low in fat.

2 x 150g portions.

Warning: May contain bones.

Keep chilled below 5°C.

Once opened eat immediately.

Fish can be frozen upon delivery and should be used within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge thoroughly before cooking.
