Unhomogenised Cornish Full Fat Milk

Fresh from Green Cow Dairy in Grampound.

Green Cow Dairy is based on traditional dairying and is something of a rarity, as they not only produce the milk, but also process it (gently pasteurised), bottle it and distribute it direct to our Cornish customers straight from the farm.

Milk in glass bottles delivered in Mid and West Cornwall only. We require the bottles to be returned so they can be sent back to the farm to be reused.

Unhomogenised milk is a natural product which has not undergone the homogenisation process to break down the globules of cream within the liquid milk. This milk will have a layer of cream on the top.
