Rainbow Chard, 200g
Big, bold, and vibrant is the best way to describe Rainbow Chard.
It is a highly nutritious leafy green with edible brightly coloured stems.
The stems take longer to cook than the leaves so remove them and add to your dish first.
Chard works wonderfully in stir-fries, added to curries, and as an alternative to spinach.
Store for up to one week in the fridge wrapped in some damp kitchen paper and loosely wrapped in a plastic bag.
