Here's some useful information about how our subscription service works and how you can add items, skip deliveries and make changes. If you need a hand with anything at all just get in touch and we can help.
HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY UPCOMING SUBSCRIPTION?
This is really simple.
- Put the items you want in your shopping basket.
- Go to the SHOPPING BASKET page.
- Here you will see a button called ADD TO NEAREST SUBSCRIPTION.
- Click here, wait a couple of seconds and your items will be added to your subscription.
- You do not need to check out or enter any card details.
- The only thing to bear in mind is you are adding to your nearest subscription.
- You need to make sure you do this prior to your subscription being processed which is three days before delivery.
- For example if you have a delivery on a Thursday – you will need to do this before your order processes on the Monday.
HOW DO I SKIP A WEEK OR TWO IF I AM GOING AWAY?
- This is really simple.
- Email: sales@thecornishfoodboxcompany.co.uk
- You will need to do this at least 3 days before your delivery is due.
HOW DO I REMOVE ONE PART OF MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE ORDER?
This is a bit more complicated so just:
- Email: sales@thecornishfoodboxcompany.co.uk
- You will need to do this at least 3 days before your delivery is due.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
- Simply log into your account.
- Click cancel on your subscriptions.
- And see us cry!
