Here's some useful information about how our subscription service works and how you can add items, skip deliveries and make changes. If you need a hand with anything at all just get in touch and we can help. 

 

HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY UPCOMING SUBSCRIPTION?

This is really simple.

  • Put the items you want in your shopping basket.
  • Go to the SHOPPING BASKET page.
  • Here you will see a button called ADD TO NEAREST SUBSCRIPTION.
  • Click here, wait a couple of seconds and your items will be added to your subscription.
  • You do not need to check out or enter any card details.
  • The only thing to bear in mind is you are adding to your nearest subscription.
  • You need to make sure you do this prior to your subscription being processed which is three days before delivery.
  • For example if you have a delivery on a Thursday – you will need to do this before your order processes on the Monday.

HOW DO I SKIP A WEEK OR TWO IF I AM GOING AWAY?

  • This is really simple.
  • Email: sales@thecornishfoodboxcompany.co.uk
  • You will need to do this at least 3 days before your delivery is due.

HOW DO I REMOVE ONE PART OF MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE ORDER?

This is a bit more complicated so just:

  • Email: sales@thecornishfoodboxcompany.co.uk
  • You will need to do this at least 3 days before your delivery is due.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

  • Simply log into your account.
  • Click cancel on your subscriptions.
  • And see us cry!
