Artisan Cider Vinegar starts life as 100% whole Cornish apples. The apples are squeezed to produce the pure juice and then fermented into a strong dry cider, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming the cider into Artisan Cider Vinegar. It is then oak-matured until smooth and woody.

Made from 100% whole Cornish apples - and nothing else except lots and lots of time.

Completely free from any concentrates, or extracts, or flavourings, or colourings, or preservatives.

Every drop is barrel-matured. Then it is drawn straight from the barrel – live, unfiltered, unpasteurised, unadulterated.
