Christmas isn't Christmas without a good cheeseboard, and this one's all Cornish.
Our Cornish Christmas Cheese Feast brings together nine cheeses made here in Cornwall. There's something for everyone, whether they like soft and gooey, sharp and crumbly, or bold and blue.
What's in the box:
- Cornish Blue (175g): sweet, creamy and gentle, a blue even non-blue fans come round to
- Miss Wenna Brie (165g): soft, buttery and mild
- Boy Laity Camembert (165g): rich and earthy, lovely baked with a drizzle of honey
- Cornish Crumbly (150g): fresh, tangy and light
- Nettle Yarg (300g): Cornwall's famous cheese, hand-wrapped in nettle leaves
- Kern (200g): a nutty, Alpine-style hard cheese, aged for depth of flavour
- Miss Muffet (300g): a mild, creamy semi-soft cheese that's easy to love
- Davidstow 60 Month Matured Cheddar (250g): aged for five years, with a deep, crunchy, full-flavoured bite
- Fingals Fresh Goats Cheese (150g): bright, fresh and clean-tasting
That's 1.855kg of cheese, enough for a proper spread over the festive season, or around 15–20 people as a cheese course.
Add crackers, chutney and a glass of something good, and Christmas is sorted.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Take out about an hour before serving so the flavours come through.

How should I store it?
Keep the cheeses refrigerated and bring them to room temperature about an hour before serving.

Added to this is the diverse range of grasses and herbs that many of the herd graze on - all contributing to the rich creamy milk that goes in to making the cheeses.
