Cornish Whole Dover Sole 500g

With a dark brown skin and a long and narrower shaped body than other flatfish. Dover sole has crisp white flesh, firm to touch, with an almost sweet taste.

Dover Sole is an oval-shaped flatfish which is highly rated for their fabulous taste and texture.

Cook whole in a hot pan or under a grill for 6 minutes on each side.

Caught and landed in Cornwall.
