Cornwall has fantastic lush grazing due to the combination of our mild climate and plenty of rain. This results in rich buttery milk ideal for producing the clotted cream and cheeses Cornwall is justly famous for. Our dairy is sourced from farms and cheesemakers from across Cornwall who graze their cows outdoors.
