Handmade Easter Simnel Cake

This classic fruit cake is traditionally baked at Easter: the eleven balls of marzipan on top represent Jesus's disciples, minus Judas. There is also a lovely layer of marzipan on top of the cake.

These beautiful cakes are handmade for each order by our friends at Trennick Mill in Truro.

If you are ordering one for delivery outside of Cornwall please be mindful that while we pack these cakes extremely carefully they do go through the courier network.
