Organic Spelt Loaf - Large. A tangy wholewheat sourdough loaf in a tin shape, made with 100% spelt flour (50% wholewheat spelt and 50% white spelt). Spelt is an ancient variety of wheat that our tummies can be more used to digesting than modern wheat strains and this combined with an overnight fermentation creates a loaf designed to be both nutritious and gentle on the tummy.

Description / Organic Spelt Loaf - Large 800g
A simple whole wheat loaf, made from spelt flour, an old variety of wheat grown since Roman times.
Because the spelt grain has been around for so long, our tummies are a little more used to digesting it compared to modern wheat varieties, some of which are less than 50 years old.
Please be advised that this sourdough is made with a kind of wheat and still contains gluten.
Ingredients: organic wholewheat FLOUR, sourdough culture made with organic SPELT FLOUR, water, organic white SPELT FLOUR, sea salt.
May contain traces of seeds and nuts CONTAINS SPELT WHEAT FLOUR
