Pork Rillette

Our pork rillette is made from lop pigs that are born and reared on our farm.

The pork is slow poached in duck fat, shredded and lightly seasoned to enhance the flavour of the meat, not disguise it.

This rillette won Best in Category at Taste of the West Awards 2013.

With a 12 month shelf life and no need to refrigerate this rillette is ideal and hampers and makes a great gift.
