Slow-simmered with onion, garlic, rosemary, bay leaves and a touch of chilli, this ragu delivers deep, savoury flavour with a gentle warmth and subtle aniseed note from the fennel.

Delivered frozen and designed to be cooked straight from frozen, it's an easy way to bring a home-cooked, restaurant-quality meal to your table with minimal effort. Simply heat, spoon over your favourite pasta, and finish with a grating of parmesan if you like.
