Handmade on The Lizard using local produce these hot water crust pies are handmade in small batches.

The pastry is made using butter to make the hot water crust pastry. 

Perfect enjoyed hot or cold.

Ingredients: Roasted chicken, smoked bacon, leek,
wheat flour, butter (contains milk), milk (contains
milk), sunflower oil, salt, pepper, chicken stock, egg
wash (preservatives: E250, E251 antioxidants E301)

The pies are produced in a kitchen where nuts may be present

Pies should be kept in a cool place such as a larder or pantry or in a fridge temperature 0-5o C
The pies can be frozen for 3 months from the date of purchase
Heating: from chilled 15 minutes at 180o C
Heating: from frozen 25 minutes at 180o C
