Cinnamon buns have a shelf life of approx 4 days, however they are suitable for freezing. Once frozen allow to thaw and refresh in an oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes.

All our baked items from Da Bara will have a best before date between 24-48 hours from when you receive it. This is due to the labelling required on fresh baked items produced without any preservatives, and very few ingredients. These items are fantastic for up to 4 days.
