We deliver this meal from frozen but it may well be defrosting on arrival.

The meals can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days when defrosted.

Use the oven heat instructions as found on the packaging but vary the cooking times to those shown below depending on the size of meal you have bought.

Cooking from Chilled: 1 person – 20 mins, 2 person – 30 mins, Family – 45 mins
