Our Mini Cornish Fish Box brings the freshest seasonal catch from Cornwall straight to your kitchen. Designed for individuals or couples, each box contains 2–3 portions of fillets, whole fish or Cornish seafood that vary weekly with the sustainable catch.
Recipe Suggestion – Lemon & Herb Pan-Seared Fillets:
Season fillets with salt, pepper and rosemary. Sear in olive oil with a knob of butter for 3–4 minutes each side. Finish with lemon juice and serve with roasted new potatoes and wilted greens.
Serving Ideas:
Serve with a crisp white wine, a side of buttery mash or a simple garden salad for a light, coastal-inspired meal.

Is the fish fresh or frozen?
All fish is delivered fresh and can be frozen at home.
Are there bones?
We remove bones where possible. Some may remain, so please take care.
Can I customise my box?
Not at this time—but you can order individual fish separately.
The quanitity of fish simply depends on the time of the year, price of the fish at the market and seasonal availability. We prefer to take fish caught by day boats using static nets or hand-lining, although at times fish will come from local trawlers.
At times of bad weather, poor fishing conditions or extremely high prices then the contents can change.

Fish can be frozen upon delivery and should be used within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge thoroughly before cooking.
