Recipe Suggestion – Oven-Baked Fish Tray Bake:
Layer seasonal fish, cherry tomatoes, olives, lemon, garlic and herbs in a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 200°C for 15–20 mins.
Serving Ideas:
Pair with rosemary-roasted vegetables and buttered couscous for a hearty family feast.

Is the fish fresh or frozen?
All fish is delivered fresh and can be frozen at home.
Are there bones?
We remove bones where possible. Some may remain, so please take care.
Can I customise my box?
Not at this time—but you can order individual fish separately.
The quanitity of fish simply depends on the time of the year, price of the fish at the market and seasonal availability. We prefer to take fish caught by day boats using static nets or hand-lining, although at times fish will come from local trawlers.
At times of bad weather, poor fishing conditions or extremely high prices then the contents can change.

Fish can be frozen upon delivery and should be used within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge thoroughly before cooking.
