Hogs pudding is a traditional type of sausage made in Cornwall and Devon. Our delicious Cornish white pudding is made from a secret recipe using a combination of herbs, spices and the finest pork. The puddings are cooked in natural casings and can be eaten hot or cold. Additive and preservative free.

Our Hogs Puddings are made by Primrose Herd. This local family business keep rare breed pigs who enjoy a natural environment with plenty of outdoor space. The hogs pudding is made in house by their own butchery team.
