Description / Cornish Ling Fillet 200g
The moist white flesh can be made into fish cakes and is well suited to smoking or salt curing as a replacement for the traditional cod.
Also, with a sweet flavour, Ling suits dishes with fresh flavours with fruit, or citrus’ and is cooks well on the grilled or baked.
Landed in Cornwall and prepared by Matthew Stevens in St Ives.

Fish can be frozen upon delivery and should be used within 3 months.
Defrost in the fridge thoroughly before cooking.
