Christmas in a pie! Our Festive Pie brings together everything you love about Christmas dinner in one hand-raised hot-water crust pie — layers of pork and turkey breast, sage and onion stuffing, and pigs in blankets, with chestnuts and cranberries running all the way through. It's the ultimate festive centrepiece, and just as good cold on a Boxing Day buffet.
These are cold cutting pies, designed to be eaten cold, though they can also be reheated (see instructions below). Fully cooked and ready to eat, they'll keep in the fridge for 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Choose your size:
Size 500g - 2-3pp - 20 minutes
Size 1kg - 5+pp - 40 minutes
Size 2kg - 10+pp - 60 minutes
Ingredients: Roasted turkey, pork, smoked bacon, onion, wheat flour (calcium carbonate, nicotinamide, iron, thiamine), chestnuts, cranberries, sage, breadcrumbs, butter (contains milk), sunflower oil, salt, pepper, chicken stock, egg wash (preservatives: E250, E251; antioxidant: E301).
Allergens: Tree nuts (chestnuts), gluten (wheat, breadcrumbs), milk.
Reheating instructions: Preheat the oven to 140°C. Place the pie on a rack and cover with foil or baking parchment to protect the pastry. The pie must be probed and reach a temperature above 75°C in the middle before serving — use an accurate temperature probe to check.
Only available for delivery from 1st November to 24th December — it arrives fresh, beautifully presented, and ready to grace your table or delight its recipient.
