Cornish Squid 300g

Our Cornish squid is freshly cleaned and prepared by hand.

Squid is sustainable, low in fat and calories, and both versatile and tasty in many recipes. Squid should be cooked very quickly to avoid becoming rubbery. Cooked properly, it will be sweet and tender.

Squid are awesome, colour changing creatures related to octopus and cuttlefish, they have white and slightly chewy but delcious meat, often referred to as Calamari.

The tubular body is cut into squid rings or chunks and the whole animal including the tentacles can be eaten.
