Ling is a member of the cod family.

It has delicious white flesh and is excellent in a range of dishes.

The moist white flesh can be made into fish cakes and is well suited to smoking or salt curing as a replacement for the traditional cod. Also, with a sweet flavour, Ling suits dishes with fresh flavours with fruit, or citrus’ and is cooks well on the grilled or baked.

Fish can be frozen upon delivery and should be used within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge thoroughly before cooking.
