Pollack is closely related to cod, their flesh is not as white but is very similar in taste and texture.

It is very versatile and can be cooked in many ways: baking, deep-frying, grilling, poached or pan-fried.

Best between April and January.

Fish can be frozen upon delivery and should be used within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge thoroughly before cooking.
